The Yellowhead Project has entered into the Environmental Assessment process administered by the BC Environmental Assessment Office and Impact Assessment Agency of Canada.
These regulatory processes are designed to be comprehensive, inclusive, and transparent, ensuring that the Yellowhead Project meets British Columbia and Canada’s robust regulatory requirements while balancing environmental, social, and economic values.
There will be multiple and ongoing opportunities throughout the Environmental Assessment process to share information on the Project, provide feedback and ask questions, such as through participation in public comment periods and public open houses.
